Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Pavement Engineer** to join our Asphalt Division in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands\-on experience in asphalt pavement projects and a proven track record of delivering high\-quality works in compliance with local standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee asphalt paving operations and ensure adherence to approved specifications and project requirements * Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and asphalt mix designs * Monitor site activities, quality control testing, and project progress to maintain high standards * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements * Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers and technical staff to achieve project objectives * Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities Qualifications \& Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of asphalt/pavement engineering experience in Qatar * Strong expertise in asphalt pavement construction, supervision, and quality control * Comprehensive knowledge of **QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards** * Proven experience in managing asphalt projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and specifications * Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills * Candidates currently based in Qatar with relevant local project experience are preferred Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
