Support system users and identify system improvements **Job Title: CAFM Specialist** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **CAFM Specialist** to support our Facilities Management operations. The role will focus on managing CAFM systems to ensure accurate data, efficient workflow management, and effective asset and maintenance tracking across multiple sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain the CAFM system for all FM operations * Ensure accurate input, updating, and validation of asset and maintenance data * Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analytics (KPIs, SLA reports, etc.) * Monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and work orders * Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely closure of tasks * Support system users and provide training when required * Identify system improvements to enhance FM efficiency and reporting accuracy * Ensure data integrity and compliance with FM processes and standards **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field * Minimum **5–7 years of experience** * Strong experience with CAFM software * Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, KPI tracking) * Knowledge of FM processes such as PPM, reactive maintenance, and asset management * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong communication and coordination abilities Pay: From QAR1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid QID? * What is your notice period? * What is your current salary? * What is your nationality?
