We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can lead and optimize multi\-department operations while ensuring smooth execution across teams, vendors, and business functions. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Lead day\-to\-day business operations and oversee cross\-functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and timely execution of organizational priorities. Process Optimization: Review workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, cost control, and service quality. Team Leadership: Mentor department supervisors and team leads, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline. Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor departmental performance, and prepare operational reports for senior management to support informed business decisions. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors, partners, internal leadership, and department heads to ensure alignment between business objectives and operational delivery. What We Are Looking For Experience: 6\+ years of experience in operations management, business administration, supply chain, corporate services, or related leadership functions, with at least 2 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity. Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing teams, driving accountability, and improving operational performance across multiple business functions. Business Systems: Comfortable working with ERP systems, operational reporting tools, workflow management platforms, and performance tracking systems. Language Skills: Professional English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for business coordination in the regional market.
