We are looking for a Senior Training and Development Manager (m/f/d) who can lead the design and execution of impactful learning programs across multiple stakeholders. Professional development opportunities are supported as we expand our programs. **Key Responsibilities:** Training Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals and service standards. Program Design and Delivery Develop structured learning programs including onboarding modules, skills development workshops, and leadership training tracks. Team Leadership Lead and mentor training coordinators and facilitators ensuring consistency in delivery and quality standards across all sessions. Performance Evaluation Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics and continuously improve program outcomes. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with leadership teams subject matter experts and external partners to align training content with operational needs. What We Are Looking For Experience 6 plus years of experience in training learning and development or organizational development with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Portfolio or Track Record Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs with measurable impact. Evidence of program success is required. Skills Strong ability in instructional design adult learning principles and training evaluation methods. Communication Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training and present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
