About this Role: We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI\-powered features across our platform. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with practical experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration, retrieval systems, and production AI deployments. This role focuses on transforming AI from a prototype into a reliable product feature that delivers measurable business value. Responsibilities: * Design and implement AI\-powered features using modern LLMs and AI platforms. * Build and optimize Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge retrieval pipelines. * Develop AI workflows, agents, and orchestration systems for complex business processes. * Integrate AI services into backend systems and user\-facing applications. * Evaluate, test, and improve model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost. * Design structured outputs and validation mechanisms to ensure reliable AI responses. * Build monitoring, logging, and analytics for AI systems in production. * Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and business teams to define AI requirements. * Research and evaluate new AI technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies. * Ensure AI systems meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Required Skills: * 3–5 years of software engineering experience. * Strong Python development skills. * Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar models. * Experience building AI applications, agents, or RAG systems. * Understanding of vector databases and semantic search concepts. * Experience with prompt engineering and structured output generation. * Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration patterns. * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Google. * Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or similar AI platforms. * Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or agent frameworks. * Experience with fine\-tuning, model evaluation, and AI testing frameworks. * Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI deployment pipelines. * Experience working on enterprise SaaS products. * Experience with compliance, legal\-tech, governance, risk, or regulatory technology solutions. What We Are Looking For: * We are looking for someone who understands both AI and software engineering. The ideal candidate should be able to move beyond demos and prototypes to build reliable, scalable AI features that can be used by real customers in production. * The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into AI solutions, improving system quality over time, and working closely with engineering and product teams to create meaningful AI\-driven experiences.
