Summary: Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for fit-out projects, managing interior works from initiation to handover, ensuring quality and compliance. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications and HSE requirements. We are seeking an experienced **Civil Engineer – Fit\-Outs** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience managing **commercial fit\-out projects**, particularly in **shopping malls**. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage interior fit\-out projects from initiation to handover. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and HSE requirements. * Coordinate inspections and final project handover. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar** as a Civil Engineer. * **Mandatory experience in fit\-out projects within shopping malls in Qatar.** * Strong knowledge of interior fit\-out works, finishing, and project coordination. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Valid Qatar Driving Licence is preferred.
