Coffee Machine Field Technician – Job Criteria **Job Title:** Coffee Machine Field Technician **Job Summary:** Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of commercial coffee machines at customer sites, ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install and commission commercial coffee machines at customer locations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic faults. * Troubleshoot issues related to pumps, boilers, heating systems, grinders, valves, sensors, and water systems. * Conduct regular machine inspections and servicing. * Calibrate and test machines after repairs. * Respond to customer service calls and attend breakdowns at different locations. * Maintain proper service records, repair reports, and spare\-parts usage. * Provide customers with basic guidance on machine operation and care. * Coordinate with the service team regarding spare parts and technical requirements. * Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines. **Requirements:** * Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field. * **2–3 years of experience** servicing commercial coffee machines or similar food\-service equipment. * Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. * Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and technical manuals. * Experience with water pumps, boilers, heating elements, valves, and control systems. * Good problem\-solving and diagnostic skills. * Willingness to travel to customer sites for field service. * Valid **Qatar driving license** is preferred. * Good communication and customer\-service skills. * Able to work independently and under pressure. * **Locally available in Qatar** is preferred.
