The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent messaging, managing content across multiple platforms, and enhancing the company’s brand presence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns * Develop, edit, and distribute content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and company communications * Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment in messaging and branding * Manage and update digital communication channels, including website and social media platforms * Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication performance and engagement metrics * Support event communications, including invitations, promotional materials, and post\-event follow\-ups * Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication output * Handle inquiries from media and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses * Ensure all communications adhere to company brand guidelines and tone of voice **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field * 1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or a similar role * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools * Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in media relations and content creation * Basic graphic design and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) * Understanding of digital marketing and brand management * Experience working in a multicultural environment **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A collaborative and creative work environment * Exposure to diverse communication projects and campaigns Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
