Coordinate with authorities and clients for customs operations Industry: Logistics \& Freight Forwarding Location: Qatar Requirements: * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding. * Proven experience managing customs clearance operations in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of Qatar Customs regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation. * Experience dealing with customs authorities, ports, airports, and government agencies. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all customs clearance activities for import and export shipments. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Customs regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients. * Review and verify shipping and customs documentation. * Monitor clearance timelines and resolve customs\-related issues efficiently. * Lead and supervise the customs clearance team. * Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports. * Ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments while minimizing delays and costs.
