Hands-on experience in fashion operations and brand development Fashion Studio Assistant (Full\-Time) Location: Doha, QatarWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PMTravel Required: Local and International ExhibitionsFemale Candidates Preferred About the Role Roudee is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Fashion Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing fashion brand. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, inventory management, social media coordination, website updates, production follow\-ups, and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities Administration \& Reporting * Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management. * Organize studio files, customer records, and operational documents. Customer Service * Assist customers in\-store and online. * Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media. * Manage customer appointments and order follow\-ups. Inventory Management * Track inventory levels of abayas, fabrics, accessories, and packaging materials. * Update inventory spreadsheets and report stock shortages. * Assist with stock counts and inventory audits. Website Management * Update products, descriptions, prices, and stock availability on the website. * Monitor online orders and coordinate with management regarding fulfillment. * Ensure website information is accurate and up to date. Production \& Tailor Coordination * Follow up with tailors regarding customer orders and production schedules. * Track order progress and delivery timelines. * Ensure orders are completed according to quality standards and deadlines. Social Media \& Content Support * Assist with creating and scheduling social media content. * Support photoshoots, campaigns, and product launches. * Maintain consistency of the brand across all digital platforms. Exhibitions \& Events * Represent Roudee at exhibitions, pop\-ups, and events within Qatar and internationally. * Assist with booth setup, customer engagement, and sales activities. * Travel when required for exhibitions and business development opportunities. Requirements * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Passion for fashion and creativity. * Previous experience in the abaya sector is preferred. * Experience in fashion retail, fashion production, or customer service is an advantage. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
