Drive business performance, profitability, and customer experience General Manager Responsible for the overall performance, profitability, operations, people management, customer experience, and strategic growth of multiple coffee shop locations and mobile coffee operations. 1\. About the Company A specialty coffee company based in Qatar, with several branches operating coffee shops, coffee catering services, and corporate/event experiences. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the business through its next stage of growth and operational excellence. 2\. Reporting Structure Reporting directly to the Owner. 3\. Main Responsibilities Business Performance * Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets. * Monitor and improve KPIs. * Develop growth strategies. Operations * Oversee daily operations across all locations. * Ensure SOP compliance. * Improve efficiency and service quality. People Management * Lead heads and supervisors. * Recruit, train, and develop staff. * Conduct performance reviews. Financial Management * Monitor P\&L. * Control labor cost. * Control food and beverage cost. * Manage budgets. Customer Experience * Maintain high customer satisfaction. * Resolve escalated customer issues. * Improve guest experience. Business Development * Corporate partnerships. * Catering opportunities. * New revenue streams. * Expansion projects. 4\. Requirements * 7\+ years management experience. * 3\+ years in hospitality, F\&B, café, restaurant, or hotel operations. * Experience managing multiple locations. * Strong understanding of P\&L management. * Experience leading teams of 20\+ employees. * Fluent English. Preferred * GCC experience. * Qatar experience. * Arabic speaker. * Specialty coffee experience.
