Key roles in HSE and traffic management supervision **ASHGHAL ROAD OPERATION \& MAINTENANCE PROJECT – QATAR** **We are looking for experienced HSE officers and STMS supervisors to join our Ashghal Road Operation \& Maintenance Project in Qatar.** **Vacancies** * **HSE Officer / Safety Officer – 3 Positions** * **STMS Supervisor – 2 Positions** **1\. HSE Officer / Safety Officer – 3 Positions** **Qualifications \& Experience** * **Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher qualification.** * **NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.** * **Minimum 4 years of relevant HSE experience on Ashghal Road projects after obtaining NEBOSH certification.** * **Previous Ashghal approval as an HSE officer is mandatory.** * **Experience in road operation \& maintenance and road safety projects is highly preferred.** * **Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, method statements, and site safety compliance.** * **Practical experience in Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and Work Zone Traffic Management Guide (WZTMG) requirements.** * **Good understanding of QCS 2024 and relevant Ashghal HSE requirements.** * **Experience in road work\-zone safety, traffic management, signage, barricading, excavation safety, and safe working practices.** **Requirements** * **Previous Ashghal approval is mandatory.** * **Immediate joiners preferred.** * **Must be currently based in Qatar.** * **Must have a valid QID.** * **Must have a valid Qatar Driving Licence** * **Sponsorship transfer is mandatory.** **2\. STMS Supervisor – 2 Positions** **Qualifications \& Experience** * **Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in traffic management / STMS supervision on Ashghal Road projects.** * **Previous Ashghal approval as an STMS supervisor is mandatory.** * **Strong practical experience in Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) and Work Zone Traffic Management.** * **Good knowledge of Ashghal TTM requirements, WZTMG, QCS 2024, approved Traffic Management Plans (TMP), and traffic control procedures.** * **Experience supervising traffic management arrangements, road closures, diversions, signage, barriers, cones, warning lights, and work\-zone protection.** * **Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of approved TTM/TMP arrangements.** * **Good coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, HSE teams, engineers, and traffic authorities.** * **Previous Ashghal Road Operation \& Maintenance project experience is highly preferred.** **Requirements** * **Previous Ashghal approval is mandatory.** * **Immediate joiners preferred.** * **Must be currently based in Qatar.** * **Must have a valid QID.** * **Must have a valid Qatar Driving Licence** * **Sponsorship transfer is mandatory.** **How to Apply** **Interested and eligible candidates are requested to email their CV along with all relevant supporting documents to:** **saadat@checalcatjv.com** **Please mention the position applied for in the email subject.** **Only candidates meeting the above requirements and holding previous Ashghal approval will be considered.** Pay: QAR6,000\.00 \- QAR7,500\.00 per month Work Location: On the road
