Strong practical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. **Job Description**: HVAC Technician **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Employment Type**: Full\-Time **Department**: Maintenance / Facilities Management **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air\-conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The technician will ensure HVAC equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. **Key Responsibilities** * **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.** * Troubleshoot and repair split AC, package units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation systems. * **Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control\-system faults.** * Carry out refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, leak detection, and recovery as required. * **Inspect and service compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, fans, pumps, filters, coils, thermostats, and control panels.** * Clean and maintain filters, coils, drain lines, ducts, and related components. * **Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.** * Conduct equipment testing and commissioning after installation or repair. * **Attend emergency breakdowns and respond to maintenance requests promptly.** Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency. * **Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, equipment logs, and spareparts requirements.** * Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance personnel. * **Follow company procedures, permit\-to\-work requirements, and HSE/safety standards.** * Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition. **Qualifications** * **ITI / Diploma / Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.** * 3–5\+ years of relevant HVAC experience; facilities\-management or GCC experience is preferred. * **Strong practical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.** Good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and HVAC control systems. * **Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.** * Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safe working practices. * **Good fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills.** * Good communication and teamwork skills. * **Physically fit and capable of working in different site conditions.** * Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage. **Preferred Skills** * **Chiller maintenance** * AHU \& FCU maintenance * **VRF/VRV systems** * Package and split AC systems * **BMS\-controlled HVAC systems** * Refrigeration and cold\-room systems * **Electrical panels and motor controls** * Preventive maintenance * **Breakdown troubleshooting** * HVAC testing and commissioning Salary: Based on the interview management decision/ Monthly Contract: One year Work Location: In person
