Work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment **IT Recruiter (Qatar)** Q\-Soft is a leading IT Services company in Qatar, delivering technology solutions and IT resource services to government, semi\-government, and enterprise clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Qatar. **Requirements:** * 2 \- 3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. * Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical requirements. * GCC Recruitment is an added advantage. * Experience recruiting IT professionals across different technology areas. * Ability to understand a JD, identify key requirements, and assess candidate suitability. * Hands\-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. * Experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. * Strong communication, coordination, and candidate management skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven recruitment environment.
