Exposure to modern IT systems and infrastructure **IT Support Coordinator** **Company:** Hiwox LLC **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Position Overview** Hiwox LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Coordinator** to manage day\-to\-day technical support operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s IT systems. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, coordinate IT support activities, and assist in maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues * Diagnose and resolve IT\-related problems in a timely and efficient manner * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT maintenance and repairs * Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and devices * Maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets * Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime * Support user account management, including setup, access control, and password resets * Assist in implementing IT policies, security protocols, and best practices * Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support logs * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or specialists when necessary **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2\+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts * Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues * Familiarity with IT service management tools is an advantage * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills **Preferred Skills** * Experience in Microsoft 365 or cloud\-based systems * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to modern IT systems and infrastructure Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
