Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and policies Our company is looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced **Junior** **Accountant** to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable * Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely closing of accounts * Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis * Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies * Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required * Process payroll\-related entries and support month\-end/year\-end closing activities **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (similar industry experience preferred) * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) **Requirements:** * Must be a **local hire** with a **transferable QID / valid NOC** * Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How soon can you join the company?
