Ensures high standards of horticultural excellence while leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all related operations. ⸻ **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Design \& Planning** * Develop landscape designs using CAD and design software * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical drawings, and work schedules * Material purchasing **2\. Maintenance \& Plant Health Care** **3\. Client Coordination \& Site Management** * Site inspections * Quality audits **4\. Team Leadership \& Operations** * Prepare schedules * plan implementation of projects **5\.
