Ensure compliance with import/export and shipping regulations **Job Vacancy: Logistics / Freight Forwarding Operations Executive** We are looking for an experienced **Logistics / Freight Forwarding Operations Executive** to join our team in **Qatar**. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day **freight forwarding and logistics operations**. * Coordinate with **shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, ports, customs authorities, and overseas agents**. * Handle **import/export documentation**, pre\-alerts, arrival notices, delivery orders, and shipment status updates. * Coordinate **customs clearance and cargo delivery** to ensure timely movement of shipments. * Liaise with transportation providers and ensure smooth coordination of deliveries. * Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational and documentation issues. * Negotiate and coordinate with shipping lines and service providers where required. * Maintain accurate shipment records and provide regular **shipping/logistics status reports**. * Support KPI monitoring, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement. * Ensure compliance with applicable **import/export and shipping regulations**. * Maintain strong communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders. **Requirements** * **2–5 years of relevant experience** in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain operations. * Experience in **freight forwarding and shipping operations** is highly preferred. * Knowledge of **import/export documentation and customs clearance**. * Experience coordinating with **shipping lines, ports, carriers, and freight forwarders**. * Good communication, coordination, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience with logistics systems/TMS or **Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)** is an advantage. * **Must be locally available in Qatar.** * **Must be available to join immediately.** **How to Apply** Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: **qatarcareers510@gmail.com** **Subject: Logistics / Freight Forwarding Operations Executive** \#QatarJobs \#QatarCareers \#LogisticsJobs \#FreightForwarding \#Logistics \#ShippingJobs \#SupplyChainJobs \#FreightForwardingJobs \#DohaJobs \#QatarHiring \#ImmediateJoiner \#JobsInQatar \#LogisticsCareers Work Location: In person
