Responsibilities: \- Plan, organize, and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities for the pumping station \- Lead a team of mechanical technicians, assigning daily tasks and inspecting work quality \- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime \- Oversee the overhaul, repair, and servicing of pumps, valves, and rotating equipment \- Perform shaft alignment, bearing replacements, and identify abnormal vibration conditions \- Manage spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions to prevent delays Requirements: \- Demonstrated background in supervising mechanical maintenance within pumping stations \- Deep technical knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and pump overhauls \- Proficiency in shaft alignment, bearing replacement, and vibration analysis \- Experience managing work permits, isolations, and safety standards \- Strong leadership skills and experience maintaining accurate job history records Location: Qatar Contract duration: 1 year, extendable Apply through Mind Stream Email: careers@mind\-stream.net WhatsApp: \+974 30107270 Work Location: In person
