We are seeking a tech\-savvy Payment Integration Specialist to act as the technical bridge between our payment gateway platform and enterprise merchants. In this role, you will assist clients, e\-commerce platforms, and developers in integrating Conekta’s payment APIs, SDKs, and checkout solutions—ensuring smooth onboarding, high transaction success rates, and compliance with regional payment standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Technical Onboarding \& Integration: Guide enterprise clients and developers through end\-to\-end integration of Conekta payment APIs, webhooks, and mobile/web SDKs. * Developer Support \& Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical integration issues, code bugs, payload errors, and API authentication faults during pre\-launch and post\-launch phases. * Solution Architecture: Review merchant web stacks (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom platforms) and recommend optimal checkout flows and payment architecture. * API Documentation \& Testing: Test payment workflows, maintain sandbox test environments, and contribute to developer documentation and integration guides. * Cross\-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal product, security, and risk teams to optimize transaction routing, minimize fraud, and ensure compliance with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) payment guidelines. **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in technical support, solution engineering, or web development within the fintech, payment gateway, or e\-commerce space. * Hands\-on experience working with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and API testing tools like Postman. * Proficiency in at least one backend or frontend language (JavaScript/Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby). * Strong familiarity with popular e\-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and payment processing standards (PCI\-DSS, 3D Secure). * Excellent client\-facing communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive tax\-free salary package matched to regional experience * Full health coverage, annual flight allowance, and end\-of\-service benefits * High\-growth career path in Qatar’s expanding fintech landscape الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٥٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
