Ensure projects meet highest quality standards **Job Title:** Project Manager (Design) – Grade A Projects **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager (Design)** to lead and manage high\-profile **Grade A** projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design process across all project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and delivery) * Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders * Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations * Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality and consistency * Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies * Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates * Ensure projects meet Grade A quality standards and expectations **Requirements:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in design management or project management within the design field * Proven experience working on Grade A / high\-end / large\-scale projects * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) * Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methods, and industry standards * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project) **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Grade A is mandatory** * PMP certification or equivalent * Experience in international or large\-scale commercial/residential projects * Strong stakeholder management experience Work Location: In person
