Summary: Taro Bakery and Coffee Bar is seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage sourcing, negotiation, and timely procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies. Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and food safety standards for all products Taro Bakery and Coffee Bar is looking for an experienced **Purchaser** to join our Food \& Beverage team. Requirements: * Minimum 2 **years of purchasing experience** in the F\&B, restaurant, hotel, or bakery industry. * **Valid Qatar Driving License** (mandatory). * Good knowledge of the **Qatar local market** and food suppliers. * Experience in purchasing food ingredients, packaging materials, beverages, and kitchen consumables. * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Knowledge of inventory control, stock levels, and food safety requirements. * Good communication skills in English . * Must be currently residing in Qatar with a transferable QID/NOC (preferred). Key Responsibilities: * Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality. * Purchase food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies. * Ensure timely delivery of all purchased items. * Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and store departments. * Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. * Ensure all products comply with company quality and food safety standards.
