Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor** to join our team in Qatar. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **10\+ years** of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Qatar/GCC. * Strong experience in **pre\-contract and post\-contract quantity surveying**. * Expertise in **BOQ preparation, quantity take\-off, cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, cost control, and variation claims**. * Sound knowledge of **FIDIC contracts** and project commercial management. * Experience in **high\-rise buildings, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or MEP projects**. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead all quantity surveying and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation. * Evaluate bids and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance. * Manage contract administration, variations, claims, and final accounts. * Review and certify subcontractor payment applications. * Provide commercial advice to project management and clients. * Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
