The ideal candidate will lead and support the service team, maintain operational standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations. * Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. * Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance. * Train, coach, and motivate restaurant team members. * Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service. * Monitor inventory levels and report shortages when necessary. * Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing manpower requirements. * Support sales initiatives and help achieve restaurant targets. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4\-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the F\&B industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Good problem\-solving and organizational skills. * Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * Company accommodation and transportation (if applicable). * Annual leave and other benefits as per Qatar Labor Law.
