Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts Sales Associate Doha, Qatar Kaafe Chocolatier \| Kaafe Catering \| Kaafe Events About Us Kaafe is a luxury hospitality brand specializing in premium chocolates, catering services, corporate events, weddings, and bespoke celebrations. We are seeking a dynamic, customer\-focused, and sales\-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team and contribute to the continued success of our brands. Reporting Structure The Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Operations, Production, and Events teams. Key Responsibilities \- Respond to client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media platforms, email, and walk\-in visits. \- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for catering, events, gifting, and chocolate orders. \- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales. \- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts. \- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders and events. \- Maintain accurate sales records and update client databases. \- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. \- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. \- Represent Kaafe professionally at all times and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Field \& Event Support \- Attend client meetings, venue visits, tastings, and event consultations when required. \- Support the team during catering functions, exhibitions, weddings, and special events. \- Be flexible with working hours based on operational and event requirements. \- Travel within Doha as needed to meet clients and support company activities. Requirements \- Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, Catering, Events, Luxury Retail, or Customer Service. \- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. \- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. \- Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Professional appearance and positive attitude. \- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) \- Inquiry\-to\-sale conversion rate. \- Monthly and annual sales achievement. \- Client satisfaction and retention. \- Follow\-up effectiveness and response time. \- New client acquisition and corporate account development. \- Contribution to overall company revenue growth.
