You will build lasting relationships, understand clients' needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the property journey. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking and prospecting. * Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. * Conduct property viewings and present available properties professionally. * Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable property options. * Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions. * Stay up to date with Qatar's real estate market trends and property values. * Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system. * Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to maximize business opportunities.
