Ability to coordinate with diverse project stakeholders **Educational Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or related discipline). * Relevant certifications in Quality Management, Inspection, or Construction Quality Control are preferred. * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certification is an advantage. * Minimum **8–12 years** of experience in QA/QC inspection within construction, oil \& gas, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects. * Minimum of 15\+ years of experience in mechanical welding inspections within the oil and gas industry. * CSWIP 3\.2\.2 Certified \& BGAS Gr.2/Nace Level 2 certified * Certification in API 570/510/653 * Qualified ISO 9712 / ASNT, PCN, or equivalent NDT Level Il in RT, UT, MT and PT * Minimum of 15\+ years of experience in mechanical welding inspections within the oil and gas industry. * Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and ISO standards. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills, with attention to detail. * Gulf Experience is preferable. * Previous work experience in Qatar is desirable but not mandatory. **Job Responsibilities:** * Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality management systems, and inspection methodologies. * Ability to review material inspection reports, test certificates, calibration certificates, and quality records. * Knowledge of Non\-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and applicable standards. * Proficiency in preparing inspection reports, NCRs (Non\-Conformance Reports), punch lists, and corrective action reports. * Familiarity with project documentation control systems. **Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and report\-writing skills. * Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and third\-party inspectors. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quality management software. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection activities simultaneously.
