Summary: The Sr. Mechanical Engineer supervises mechanical work based on designs and QCS codes, ensuring client satisfaction and meticulous attention to design details. Highlights: 1. Supervise mechanical work and ensure adherence to design and quality standards. 2. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. 3. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). **Job Summary:** Sr. Mechanical Engineer is responsible to supervise the mechanical work based on the Designs \& QCS code to get final authority approval \& to meet customer expectations. Also carry out extreme attention to detail of designs as specified by design engineer to fulfil the clients need within the specified scope and schedules. **Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Review the design drawing and standard detail drawings, specifications, schematics diagrams, sequence operation * Technical review of Design / Shop drawings / Submittals / Calculations of all Mechanical systems, including Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Storm water, Fuel, Irrigation system, Kitchen equipment’s etc. * Resolve technical queries and technical problems. * Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are functioning according to standards. * Perform supervision of work conducted by contractors as per base\-line schedule approved and meet client expectations. * Review shop drawing and ensure that as per design approved by authorities and coordinated with other trades. * Review material submittals as per QCS, QCDD requirements and project specification and coordinated with other trades in case interfaced. * Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental department requirements and Audits. * To ensure, Implement, Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards * Make recommendations and solutions to RFI, give assistance during testing and commissioning, site inspection, organize project schedules based on the target completion date and utilize strong interpersonal skills towards the contractors and clients. **Education \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical engineering. * Must possess UPDA grade A * High proficiency is MS Office applications * Knowledge in mechanical engineering technologies and best practices. * Extensive experience with mechanical systems used in construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) * Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations * Proficient in construction project management software. * Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
