Mentor junior engineers and ensure engineering quality standards **Position:** Senior Structural Engineer – Facade Division **Location:** doha\- qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Structural Engineer** to join our facade team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, review, and coordination of complex facade and building envelope systems for high\-profile projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead structural design and engineering of facade systems, including curtain walls, skylights, cladding, and architectural metal works. * Perform structural calculations and analysis in accordance with international codes and project requirements. * Review project specifications, drawings, and design submissions. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams. * Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and testing phases. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and engineering reports. * Mentor junior engineers and ensure engineering quality standards are maintained. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * Minimum **10 years of experience**, with at least **5 years in facade engineering**. * Strong knowledge of international design codes and facade industry standards. * Proficiency in structural analysis software and engineering calculations. * Experience with aluminum, steel, glass, and facade anchoring systems. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Preferred** * Master's degree in Structural Engineering. * Experience in GCC/Middle East facade projects.
