Professional work environment with career growth opportunities Job Overview We are a leading Grade A Contracting Company in Qatar seeking experienced **Site Supervisors** to join our team for a major **Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project**. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising daily site activities related to ductile iron (DI) pipeline installation, including trenching, pipe laying, jointing, and reinstatement works. The role requires ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Candidates with previous Kahramaa and infrastructure pipeline experience in Qatar will be given priority. Key Responsibilities * Supervise trenching, pipe laying, jointing, and reinstatement works. * Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications. * Manage workforce and subcontractors at site. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision for infrastructure, pipeline, utility, or construction projects. * Experience in ductile iron (DI) pipeline installation, trenching, pipe laying, and reinstatement activities. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and project specifications. * Experience managing site workforce and subcontractors. * Previous experience with Kahramaa projects or infrastructure works in Qatar is highly preferred. * Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
