Gain experience with industrial coating systems and international standards Job description Elite Green is looking for an experienced Airless Spray Painter to join our EPC project team for oil \& gas industrial coating works. The candidate will be responsible for surface protective coating application on structural steel, piping, vessels, and equipment in accordance with project specifications, coating manufacturer data sheets, and international standards (NACE/SSPC/ISO). **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply protective and anti\-corrosion coatings using airless spray equipment on structural steel, pipelines, vessels, tanks, and equipment * Read and interpret coating specifications, painting procedures, and manufacturer's Product Data Sheets (PDS) * Ensure correct surface preparation standards (Sa 2\.5 / near\-white blast) are achieved prior to painting * Mix paint/coating materials to correct ratios, pot life, and thinning requirements * Achieve specified Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and Wet Film Thickness (WFT) per coating system * Maintain and troubleshoot airless spray pumps, tips, hoses, and pressure settings * Coordinate with QC/QA inspectors for hold points, DFT checks, and inspection release * Work in accordance with project HSE procedures, especially in confined spaces, at height, and in blasting/painting booths * Maintain daily records of coating applied, batch numbers, and area coverage * Support touch\-up, repair, and re\-coating activities as required Skills * Minimum 3–5 years' experience as an Airless Spray Painter in Oil \& Gas / EPC / Petrochemical projects * Solid knowledge of industrial coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, zinc\-rich primers, etc.) * Familiarity with NACE, SSPC, ISO 12944 coating standards * Experience working with DFT gauges and basic QC coating inspection tools * NACE Coating Applicator certification is an advantage * Valid Qatar driving license preferred * Ability to work at height, in confined spaces, and rotational/shift schedules * Strong HSE awareness; safety induction/certification for oil \& gas sites (e.g., basic safety passport) Preferred candidate **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Accommodation, transportation, and site allowances (if applicable) * Opportunity to work on major EPC oil \& gas projects in Qatar Pay: QAR1,623\.15 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
