Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS). **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Draftsman to join our engineering team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring all drafting work meets project and regulatory standards. Accuracy, technical knowledge, and strong CAD skills are essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare structural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) using AutoCAD or other drafting software. * Produce reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS). * Convert engineering sketches and calculations into detailed technical drawings. * Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to ensure drawing accuracy. * Revise and update drawings based on engineering comments or site requirements. * Prepare shop drawings and as\-built drawings. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and local authority requirements. * Maintain drawing files, records, and CAD standards. **Requirements** * Diploma or Technical Certificate in Drafting / Civil Engineering Technology. * At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman (Qatar or GCC experience preferred). * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit Structure is a plus. * Good understanding of structural systems, reinforcement detailing, and construction methods. * Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * UPDA is a plus.
