Opportunity to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets We are seeking a motivated and results\-oriented **Tele Sales Executive** to join our sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, developing customer relationships, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services * Clearly explain product features, pricing, and value propositions * Identify customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM systems * Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally * Follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion and closure **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or Call Center Agent (preferred) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Fluency in **English** is mandatory; **Arabic** is an added advantage * Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) * Strong interpersonal skills with a customer\-focused mindset **Preferred Skills:** * Prior telesales experience in the **Qatar market** * Strong persuasion, objection\-handling, and closing abilities * Good time management and follow\-up skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month
