This role acts as the main link between clients, tour guides, suppliers, transportation providers, and accommodation partners. Main Responsibilities A Tour Coordinator / Operations typically handles: * Planning tour itineraries based on client requirements and company packages * Coordinating transportation, hotel bookings, meals, and activity schedules * Confirming reservations with hotels, airlines, and local service providers * Assigning and briefing tour guides and drivers before trips * Monitoring tours in real time to handle delays, changes, or emergencies * Ensuring all travel documents, permits, and tickets are prepared correctly * Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests during tours * Maintaining budgets and controlling operational costs for each tour * Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are followed Skills Required * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Problem\-solving under pressure (especially during trips) * Knowledge of travel booking systems and logistics * Attention to detail and time management * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Pay: QAR60,000\.00 \- QAR110,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
