Collaborative role focusing on accounting principles and compliance Job description: We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Philippine National , **Sr. Accountant** with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, and ensure accurate record\-keeping in accordance with accounting principles and company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable * Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries * Assist with month\-end and year\-end closing processes * Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies * Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings * Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems * Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis * Prepare project costing * Prepare Payroll * Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues * And process and monitor any related financial transactions **Qualifications:** * Locally Available, Preferred Philippine National * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience * With an understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) * Well knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) * With analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Work Location: In person
