Improving the work environment and enhancing creativity and collaboration **Creative Studio Manager** Purpose of the Role: Oversee creative operations within the studio and supervise design and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality creative projects aligned with brand identity and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and organize workflow within the creative studio. * Supervise design, photography, production, and content teams. * Develop creative ideas and campaigns for marketing and advertising projects. * Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients or internal departments to understand project requirements. * Review and approve creative designs and content prior to publication or delivery. * Manage project budgets and operational resources. * Stay updated on the latest trends in design and creative production. * Improve the work environment and foster creativity and collaboration among team members. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in the creative field, including managerial experience. * Proficiency in design and production software such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
