Coordinate with project teams and support claims analysis **Planning \& Scheduling Engineer – Seero** Seero is looking for a detail\-oriented Planning \& Scheduling Engineer to join our growing project delivery team. **About the Role** You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules across our engineering and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and proactive identification of risks. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project * Monitor progress, analyze variances, and produce regular schedule updates and reports * Coordinate with project teams to gather progress data and align on timelines * Prepare look\-ahead schedules, S\-curves, and resource histograms * Support claims analysis and schedule recovery planning when needed **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field * 3–7 years of experience in project planning/scheduling, preferably in construction or infrastructure * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills in English Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * 1\- Are you currently working in any organization? * 2\- If yes, what is the current minimum notice required? * 3\- What is your Nationality? * 4\- Do you have a Qatar ID?
