Summary: Oversee underground OFC construction, including civil works, fiber optic installation, and site execution within the Dukhan Concession Area. Highlights: 1. Lead Permit to Work (PTW) process and client inspections. **Job Description \& Requirements:** * **Position:** Site Electrical/Telecom Engineer (Underground OFC Construction) * **Location:** Dukhan Solar PV Project Site, Qatar * **Duration:** \[ 3 years ] **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee full civil works for underground cabling, including trenching, duct laying, and manhole installation. * Supervise fiber optic cable (OFC) installation, splicing, termination, and testing (OTDR/LTS). * Manage site execution inside the Dukhan Concession Area (DCA) in strict compliance with local asset protection guidelines. * Handle the Permit to Work (PTW) process and lead inspections with the client/asset owners. **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in underground telecom or power cabling infrastructure. * **Must have direct experience executing construction works inside the DCA (Dukhan Concession Area).** * Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure works related to cable routing. * Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to communicate with clients and multicultural site teams. * Valid Qatar Driving License. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Registered QatarEnergy/Client approved PTW Holder inside DCA. * Valid safety certifications (H2S, Fire Safety, etc.) * Sponsorship Transfer Mandatory Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
