The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between end users and technical teams, resolving issues efficiently while contributing to system improvements and user satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution * Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems * Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues * Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system * Assist in system updates, upgrades, and testing to ensure functionality and reliability * Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials * Support end\-user training sessions and onboarding for new systems or updates * Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and best practices * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve application usability and efficiency **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 1–3 years of experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Familiarity with ticketing systems, databases, and enterprise applications * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems * Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying * Understanding of ITIL principles or service management frameworks * Experience working in a multicultural and collaborative environment **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and skill development * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to diverse technologies and business applications Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
