Manage and maintain all project-related technical documents **Job Summary:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented **AutoCAD Operator cum Document Controller** to support LV and MV Switchgear projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating electrical drawings, managing project documentation, maintaining revision control, and ensuring timely distribution of technical and administrative documents in compliance with project requirements and company standards. **Key Responsibilities Electrical AutoCAD Drafting:** * Prepare and update electrical drawings including: * Single Line Diagrams (SLD) * Wiring Diagrams * Schematic \& Control Diagrams * Panel Layouts and Termination Drawings * Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments and site modifications. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. * Maintain drawing registers and revision status records. * Prepare and update as\-built drawings upon project completion. **Document Control:** * Manage and maintain all project\-related technical documents, drawings, procedures, and method statements. * Implement document control procedures and numbering systems. * Register and track incoming and outgoing documents. * Ensure proper version control and document revision management. * Distribute approved documents to relevant stakeholders. * Monitor document submission status (Submitted, Approved, Commented, etc.). * Archive project documents in an organized and easily retrievable manner. **Coordination \& Support:** * Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, clients, suppliers, and factories for technical clarifications and drawing updates. * Track engineering document progress and provide status updates. * Ensure confidentiality and security of project documentation. * Support project teams in meeting engineering and documentation deadlines. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical AutoCAD drafting and document control * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field * AutoCAD Certification (AutoCAD Electrical preferred) * Should have experience with electrical schematics and technical documentation * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical is an advantage * Strong understanding of electrical drawings and documentation workflows * Familiarity with document control systems and revision management * Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Application Question(s): * Are you under freelance visa or company visa? * What is your notice period?
