Summary: Coordinate and manage comprehensive vessel operations, including berthing, port clearance, logistics, and regulatory compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient maritime activities. Highlights: 1. Manage vessel berthing & port clearance 2. Liaise with port authorities & operators 3. Ensure regulatory compliance & smooth operations * Coordinate vessel berthing, arrival, departure, and port clearance activities. * Liaise with port authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, and vessel crew. * Prepare and submit required vessel documentation, permits, and port clearance forms. * Arrange pilotage, tugboat services, mooring, unmooring, and other port services. * Monitor vessel schedules and coordinate timely berth allocation and availability. * Ensure all port, customs, immigration, and regulatory requirements are completed. * Coordinate with stevedores, cargo handlers, and logistics service providers for smooth operations. * Track vessel movements and provide regular updates to clients and relevant stakeholders. * Handle last\-minute operational changes, delays, and berthing\-related issues efficiently. * Arrange crew transportation, launches, provisions, spare parts, and other vessel requirements when required. * Verify port invoices, service charges, and supporting documents for accuracy. * Maintain accurate records of vessel calls, berthing activities, communications, and operational reports. * Ensure all activities comply with port safety, security, environmental, and operational procedures. * Provide 24/7 operational support and respond promptly to vessel and client requirements.
