Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in preparation and service areas We are currently hiring a **Chaat Maker** for a vibrant restaurant operating under a reputable facility management company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in preparing traditional chaat and street food delicacies. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for cuisine and a commitment to delivering high\-quality dishes in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. **Key Responsibilities**: * Prepare a wide variety of chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Sev Puri, Aloo Tikki, and other regional favorites. * Ensure authentic taste, attractive presentation, and food quality at all times. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation and service areas in accordance with HACCP and company standards. * Monitor and manage ingredient stock and assist in placing orders as needed. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and facility management protocols. **Requirements**: * 1–2 years of experience working as a Chaat Maker or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting. * Sound knowledge of street food and traditional preparation techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
