Operated ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Tested food to ensure proper doneness. Monitored food quality during preparation. Prepared and cleaned food work areas. Portioned and served food in appropriate containers and correct quantities. Cleaned and sanitized kitchen areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment. Verified and confirmed that appliance and food temperatures were accurate. Complied with all company policies and procedures related to safety and security; reported maintenance and repair needs, incidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and completed safety training and certifications.
