Main Responsibilities * Organize and maintain all maintenance contract documents and records. * Prepare, submit, and track maintenance reports, service reports, quotations, invoices, and client correspondence. * Maintain document registers, filing systems, and electronic records. * Follow up on pending approvals, reports, purchase orders, and invoices. * Coordinate with engineers, technicians, clients, and internal departments for required documents. * Support preparation of monthly reports and contract process documents.
