Summary: This role involves comprehensive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in villas, ensuring efficient and prompt resolution of issues. Highlights: 1. Monitor and maintain electrical systems and fittings 2. Ensure proper functioning of plumbing and water systems 3. Inspect and maintain air conditioning units Daily Tasks * Monitor the operation of electrical systems and fittings (lighting, switches, sockets). * Check water pressure and ensure proper functioning of pumps and tanks. * Handle minor repairs immediately (switch replacement, water leakage, minor clogs). * Inspect air conditioning units and ensure filters are clean and operating efficiently. * Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from villa residents. ⸻ Weekly Tasks * Perform routine inspection of all electrical connections and circuit breaker panels. * Clean and maintain the plumbing and drainage system to avoid blockages. * Check kitchen and bathroom equipment, including maintenance of water heaters. * Inspect outdoor lighting and garden electrical systems (sockets, bulbs, cables). * Ensure proper functioning of water pumping systems and address any flow issues.
