We are looking for a competent and proactive **MEP Technician** to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the **facility management or building maintenance industry** and be capable of handling **multiple MEP tasks independently**.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as an **MEP Technician** in the facility management / maintenance sector
* Ability to independently handle a variety of MEP tasks (electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
* Strong hands\-on technical skills and problem\-solving ability
* Valid QID with transferable sponsorship preferred
* Immediate joiners will be given priority
