The **Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar** is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and qualified **Occupational Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high\-quality, individualized occupational therapy services within a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes **professional excellence, innovation, inclusion, and person\-centered care**.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide high\-quality occupational therapy services across **individual, group, and classroom\-based settings**.
* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ strengths, functional abilities, challenges, and individual needs.
* Develop, implement, and regularly review **individualized treatment and intervention plans** based on assessment findings and identified goals.
* Apply evidence\-based therapeutic approaches to promote functional development, independence, participation, and meaningful engagement in daily activities.
* Address functional, developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs through appropriate therapeutic interventions.
* Support individuals with a range of developmental and behavioral needs, including **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention\-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and sensory processing/integration challenges**.
* Collaborate effectively with **educators, families, caregivers, psychologists, therapists, and other multidisciplinary professionals** to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
* Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to families, caregivers, and educational staff to support the generalization of therapeutic strategies across home, school, and community environments.
* Monitor clients’ progress and modify intervention plans as appropriate to achieve measurable and meaningful outcomes.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential **clinical documentation, assessments, treatment records, progress notes, and reports** in accordance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
* Participate actively in multidisciplinary case conferences, team meetings, care planning, and other clinical discussions.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of programs, resources, and initiatives that enhance the quality of occupational therapy services.
* Maintain current professional knowledge through **continuing education, professional development, research, and evidence\-based practice**.
* Adhere to organizational policies, professional standards, ethical guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations in Qatar.
* Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, empathy, flexibility, and respect in all interactions with clients, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications \& Experience**
* **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy** from an accredited institution.
* Minimum **three (3\) years of relevant full\-time professional experience** in a clinical, rehabilitation, educational, pediatric, or disability\-support setting.
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in **occupational therapy assessment, clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and intervention implementation**.
* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, or related needs is highly desirable.
* Excellent clinical documentation, organizational, assessment, and report\-writing skills.
* Strong **verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills**.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a **multidisciplinary team**.
* Ability to establish positive, respectful, and therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
* High level of **professionalism, compassion, empathy, adaptability, and cultural awareness**.
* Proficiency in **Arabic** is considered an advantage.
Pay: QAR1\.00 \- QAR2\.00 per month
