Professional attitude and good communication skills **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.) * Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests * Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing required materials * Monitor and maintain pantry and office supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.) * Assist with minor office errands such as purchasing supplies (if required) * Support administrative staff with daily operational needs * Report any maintenance issues * Follow company policies, safety and hygiene standards **Qualifications \& Skills:** * At least a High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a similar role is a must * Polite, trustworthy and professional attitude * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good time management and organizational skills Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
