Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Engineer to manage technical procurement for international nuclear sector projects, coordinating with suppliers and engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. For a new international project in the **nuclear sector**, we require a **Procurement Engineer** to be based in **Doha (Qatar)**. **Responsibilities** * Technical procurement management for nuclear sector projects. * Identification, sourcing, and acquisition of spare parts and technical materials required for project execution. * Coordination with national and international suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical specifications. * Preparation and tracking of request-for-quotation documents, technical and commercial comparisons, as well as supplier negotiations. * Coordination with engineering, logistics, and planning teams to ensure proper material provisioning. * Order status tracking, delivery control, and resolution of supply-related issues. * Participation in coordination meetings with the client and various project teams. * Willingness to travel when project requirements demand it. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Energy, or related field). * Between **1 and 3 years of experience** in technical procurement or supply chain management. * Experience or knowledge in the **nuclear sector**, particularly in **spare parts management**. * Minimum English proficiency level of **B2**, essential for project execution. * Willingness to relocate and reside in **Doha (Qatar)** for the duration of the project. **Competencies** * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work in international environments and multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Expected start date from September. **Location** * Doha (Qatar). **Offer** * Long-term international project contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Performance bonus. * Accommodation provided. * Company vehicle provided. * Rotation schedule allowing return to home country approximately **every 6 weeks**. * Working days: **Monday to Thursday**. * Excellent opportunity to build an international career within one of the leading nuclear sector projects.
