We are looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of service delivery excellence and client technical success. You are not just maintaining systems; you are shaping reliability strategy across enterprise solutions. You will lead a skilled technical team, bridging the gap between complex infrastructure requirements and seamless operational performance. You act as the key technical advocate between clients, engineers, and leadership. We value a professional workspace that supports focus, collaboration, and modern enterprise thinking Service Excellence Culture We already believe technical quality is critical so you will have authority to define standards not fight for them Modern Stack We work with cloud native architectures microservices and enterprise monitoring tools with cross functional engineering teams Growth You will have access to regional enterprise conferences and leadership development programs to strengthen your technical and management skills Key Responsibilities Service Ownership Manage end to end technical service delivery ensuring uptime performance and reliability across enterprise systems Operational Leadership Lead daily technical operations including incident management escalation workflows and root cause analysis Team Leadership Mentor and guide technical support engineers and service specialists ensuring consistent performance improvement Client Engagement Act as senior technical contact for enterprise clients translating technical issues into clear actionable solutions Process Optimization Improve service delivery frameworks monitoring systems and support workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime What We Are Looking For Experience 6 plus years in technical services IT operations or infrastructure management with at least 2 years in a leadership role Technical Background Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure enterprise systems and service management frameworks Communication Skills Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders Mindset Highly analytical structured and solution oriented with strong ownership mentality in high pressure environments Pay: QAR22,000\.00 \- QAR32,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
